perfume
I need to buy some presents for females back home. I have no imagination so will play safe with some smellies. Is there anywhere in Patong where you can buy perfume. I wandered around Jungceylon but could not see anything.
Is the stuff real, or are brand names actually fakes here?

l bought ex GF some in Patts last year.......most of the stuff was fake. And it weren't real cheap in the end. She took feckin ages as well.......all l could think aboot is goin to queue up for me Western Union.........via Soi 6

Unless you know exactly what they use (and that can change on a daily basis!!), that has got to be the most dangerous decision of your life!!! First, find out what they use, then start looking at prices!!! As I mentioned in the "carrefour price hike" thread, there can be some bargains available, if you know what you are looking for!!!

just a thought on the pressie issue I know you were after perfume but....friend of mine made the wise decision of a small gold braclet for all the women in his life back home, (very thai gift for women here) not too much more than most perfumes (and in fact less than many) .... gained much credit for his thoughtful choice of gift...if you go this rout go all out with the packaging...very impressive....potentially much safer than possibly fake perfume

duty free makes the trick, original& cheapper. Sparkle's advice is good as well, mind the quantity though, smuggling is not allowed
