Ban Don: True or False ?
Dear All,
Have seen a nice plot of land with everything going for it .... Except it's in Ban Don (between Laguna & Thalang). Anyone know of true stories re Ban Don being Good or Bad As I've heard a few stories ... Cheers, Sleesy.

Research deep
The Ban Don area and Layan Beach zone have been the scene for some land frauds.Do diligent research into the rightful owner,title deeds etc.
 Ban Don itself is a little isolated but the ChernTalay to Talang road has been inproved and it does not take too long to get out on to the main north south highway.You will definitely need your own wheels.

don't know any true stories (any land you will always get someone saying i wouldn't touch that) but due dilligence (which should always be carried out here) only takes you so far as no state guarantee on land titles (even where fraud committed by government officals) - First American Title Insurance Company - Welcome nthis company offers title insurance, may be others
(hung over too many brackets)
