Hi

This might sound a bit odd but does anyone know where I can buy yellow foam?

My mates dad is staying here but his mattress is too hard and he doesn't want to buy a new one so has asked me to get him some foam or something similar to put on his mattress.

I did go to the department store in Central where they sell mattresses and asked if they had some sort of cushioned cover for a matress...they all said that they didnt sell them. However as you know you always get the wrong info so I just had a look around myself and found the cushioned covers! Even in the sale they were expensive so I think just some foam will do.

Any ideas?

Go to Lotus (or BigC) - they have inexpensive basic foam mattresses at the very back of the store.

Also in JC in the sports shop near the front (upstairs rear of store near the canoes) they have high quality velour covered double airbeds.. Not the kind of pool floatation ones but big soft comfy ones..

Just another suggestion.

bought a queensize velour inflateable bed in big c for 750bt 2 weeks ago, it included the pump. Havn't had it out of the box yet as is for the young fella to sleep on when we stay in hotels when travelling anywhere. Picked it up as havn't seen them around in thailand before and knew that if i was looking for one wouldn't be able to find it again.
