Cleaning Service in Patong
I need a full cleaning service for my apartment, like cleaning windows, bathroom floor and walls, general bathroom, a rug or two, dusting, mop floors, wipe surfaces, etc, etc.
Anyone that recommend a company or person that does this and brings all their own gear for a reasonable price? Thanks.

PIPS do this service but its not cheap.. They are more geared to the villa crowd.
I had a long list of cleaners and maids at ever increasing prices until I gave up.. Kinda surprised at how hard it was considering how much I was prepared to pay.

Would be very careful if using PIPS, my advice, stay in the apartment all the time they are there, check the time they arrive and time they leave and oh yeah check beforehand if they are still charging in 2 hour multiples of time. Note that they will send a number of people, this obviously racks up the hourly rate by number of persons, then watch one or two of them sit about reading to notch you into the next two hour charging rate.
I know of a few cleaners here in kamala but not companies specilaising in it. Think I would offer a fair price to a couple of local cleaning ladies, instruct them what I needed doing, windows etc, add an hour to your assumed time to allow for chat breaks!!

Cleaning ladies is the lesser problem, problem is I don't have any of the gear to clean with really.
Sounds like I need to avoid PIPs... I can't believe no one knows of a local lady/group of ladies with their own stuff though!

If you get a cleaner your usually expected to buy all the cleaning gear they need.. They dont bring a mop and bucket and ironing board on the scooter !!

go buy the gear you need - go chat up a b/g - take her back for a good fcuk - offer her an extra 1000 odd baht (or more) to stay and clean - this way you get 2 for the price of one ............ a b/j and a c/j ......55555555
