Airport parking space to small?

I have been to airport a few times lately and its has been harder to find parking space than ever before. I went to BKK on Sunday and it was completely full, even at the back "bus" parking where I usually can find a spot. I had to double park behind another car. Double parking seems to be very common these days.

So with all increased flights and traffic in high/peak season and extension of international terminal, looks like they forgot to extend the parking area.

I wanted to say I can just stick to taxi instead, as if, not for that also being a problem in high season. Long waiting times and they want you share with others despite paid in full etc.

Give us more parking space!!!

Had similar problems too ... most times I get K1 to drop me off so doesnt matter but have been trapped and had to drive over the grass to get out once.

Badly designed and if they redesigned the parking bays could increase existing capacity by 30%+ ... even so a bigger car park or a long stay car park somewhere nearby would be a welcome addition.

Only + side can say the the 50 Baht/day is about the most reasonable airport parking anywhere on earth! Been no price changes in all the time I've lived here ...
