Nah, the loan was in Eads name. Even when putting 50% it would still have been in Eads name, my name is on the contract and thats why they requested a copy of my passport and wp, also because I went with Ead to the bank meetings and showed money in my account(s).

Next time I will stay out of it. Only Eads account and maybe change the contract to Eads name aswell and not going to the meetings myself.

Split market

Is it just me or does the project house market seem split into two markets. Under 5 million and over 15 million. Seems like very little project stuff in the middle.

On the 30+ million side seems to be a newish trend of vendor financing.

but how are those houses in like Kamala that advertise 4-5 mil?
they always look nice but probably have to pay for better fittings and end up spending 8mil
