We are opening an upmarket bar/restaurant on the road directly overlooking the King's land and beach at Surin. It will be approximately 50square metres, designed by Bangkok architects Orbit Design (http://www.orbitdesignstudio.com) and seating upto 35 diners.

Surin is a beautiful beach and the location for a few 5* Hotels (Twin Palms, The Cheddi & Amanpuri).

We own the 4 storey building (soon to be 5) and are converting above floors to 2 luxury apartments and double story penthouse.

Timescales: To open in December 2004.

Due to other business commitments & workload, we do not want to run the bar/restaurant on a day-to-day basis. We are therefore looking for someone to come in with investment on a possible profit-sharing or joint venture arrangement. In addition an experienced chef is also required

Work permits can be arranged.

Building started this week, should take upto Xmas to extend building back and front and add extra floor and penthouse. Fitting out will take some time after that....
