Moving to Patong - House/Apts ADSL

Hi All,

I am moving to Patong this Friday, Sep 24, 2004.
I need to rent a house or apartment and get ADSL.

Do you guys know of any places right now?
Your building, your street or something else.

If you know of something please send me a message or your phone number.

Thanks in advance...

Just to remind you you should check availability of phonelines/adsl before moving into a house/apartment.

Where I live I have ADSL and two of my neighbours also wish to order ADSL but they can not since there are no available numbers in this area of Patong.

Thank Nicke,

How do I check the availability of phonelines and ADSL with True-Corp and TOT?

Do you think it is better to find a house first and then check with the company or check with the company first about available areas with phonelines/ADSL before looking for a place?

When you see a house you are interested in, go to TT&T and/or TOT and ask if they can deliver to that house. Sometimes they know the answer and sometimes they need to check out first and tell you few days later.

Maybe you can move in, but dont sign any long term contract or so until you know you can get what you want.

Thanks Nicke,

After they check and say yes, is the answer going to be close to 100% correct?

Maybe if I move in, I should make sure that I have the option to leave, if I can not get the ADSL.
