need a house
i would like to buy a house in phuket, i'm really thinking about this, i would like to buy a cheap house/apartment/chalet near the beach, if could be possible near karon or patong or that area, 1, 2, 3 bedrooms, doesn't matter, how much could cost it to me?i don't have too much money?ey nicke do you know anyone?thanks!

Not so easy to own a house in LOS as Thai laws are very protective (and I can understand that, it would be an economical invasion if they were not). I suggest you try this link about the differents ways to own something. http://www.siamnordic.com/eng_index2.htm Abot the prices, I dont know too much except you can buy a house with oe living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with A/C), a nice kitchen and a bathroom for 1 million baths. 10-15 minutes walk from the beach.

ok boys, i have been in phuket before, i'm not as crazy!!this is my third time, i'm trying to save money in my hotel because i want to buy a house!! i have seen they are very cheap, also they are cheaper than in my country , so maybe i must take my baggage and go to live to phuket, i now there are other spanish people, they have a restaurant in chalong bay,but finally i think the best i can do is rent an apartment and live there, if it is rigth then buy a house, and to build a new puti-club would be the last thing i would never do...

1 million baht does not buy you much on Phuket any more..
Drop me a line if you want a listing of houses that may suit you sub 2 mil, or I can scout a rental for you if thats the way you are leaning.
