I used promjal clinic and was very happy, but then at the end they wanted to take out one of my wisdon teeth, because they said it was pointless having it as it didn't line up with the tooth below and didn't serve any purpose. Hmm decided its been in there for quite awhile and not given me any problems, but getting the beggar out might give me problems.

Next time I popped into Patong Hospital dentist because I had a tooth ache and although I had been told they were lesser quality, I'd thought I'd try them. Guess what wanted to pull out another tooth because it was giving me a bit of pain, I decided again to leave it alone and heh presto things are okay.

My dentist in the UK had a thing that he said he never ever pulls out any tooth unless he had absolutely no other option, as he said of course they cannot grow back!! over here every time you go near a Dentist they want whip a few teeth out it seems!!

Your dentist in the UK is very smart. No tooth, no ongoing money extraction from wallett. In a couple of years time after filling , crowns then they pull it out. They can get at least another $1500 - $2000 AUD from you

Yeah, Promjai routinely recommend to remove the wisdom teeth, made me a bit disappointed. Why remove something that dont make any trouble? Doesnt make sense to me and got me question everything they do.

They did excellent work in the past tho.

LiL, I think it most have changed hands
I went with GF there 18 months ago, both had a clean and inspection.
All clear.
Maybe he just don't like you.
Other dentists always say I need a root canal and a clown

From trafic lights on Rat U Thit.. Head east, the 2nd block on the left is a multi floor set of shophouses, the 2nd from last shop on the left of that block, one door to the beach side of Keng Keow Pharmacy (last shop).

Part of the surprise was having been highly regarded by many expats.. But cant deny they were totally out to scam, quoting 9 fillings when 2 was needed.

Also note it was a male dentist not a female so maybe partnered, or whatever.

Im under the impression that wisdom teeth are often removed from younger ( well younger than Dodge!) falangs because they tend to have smaller mouths and teeth crowding causes frontal missallignments, at least thats why they removed mine....

Popped into the dentist today, choose The Dental Dentist Clinic in sai nam yen. Had a wisdom tooth removed, feck off Deano young bucks etc etc, cost 1,000bht.

Good service , felt okay with advice except for he said you can eat anything you want to. Okay live with that statement but then he said no smoking for 24 hrs, no drinking 24 hrs. Okay, but why? can not food infect me??

He reckoned because i could get infection. Okay but hav'nt you just prescribed me anti biotics? and they are prescribed for what?

So ,decided to ignore the advice, smoked liked a trooper, drank like a fish and ???????

Okay will let you know if I die or get super mouth infection jobby, at the moment everything seems okaydokey!!!

I went to sea smile on Rat -u and changed my mercury fillings for white infills.
Price was 25% less than UK and she only did 7 instead of the 8 quoted by my own dentist.
Only thing to remember is that you pay when the treatment is done that day ...if you have more than one they do not wait until it is completed!
