Was it on this forum where someone posted a photo of what happens to your family jewels if you try this? It wasnt nice. The photo was titled 'crispy' - enough said.

I recommended them for a couple of places in the UK, as above there had to be an initial fence outside. it had to be a really high risk area to justify the cost. I doubt there's legislation (or the will to enforce it) in Thailand. As with all barriers though it provides a limited amount of security and is not too difficult to defeat.

I'm a bit late to the party here.
You only need another fence if the area being protected borders on "public access" as the fence in the OP is on private land it is OK.
As for providing limited security and being easy to defeat, well I beg to differ.
