US Embassy Services

Does anyone know if the US Embassy outreach services come to Phuket on a regular basis? Is there a schedule? Or do they just come every so often, whenever they feel like it?

I'm going to have to renew my affidavit concerning my pension income, and it might be easier if I could just do it in Phuket, rather than Bangkok.

Thanks

I think they were last here (the big hotel in Karon) around the beginning of March. Not sure if it's a regular schedule or not, but I would think so. But I do know that they do provide the affidavit service you need, a friend had it taken care of there.

Seems to be random as far as the timing goes. The last few times this has been at the Arcadia (Hilton) in Karon.

Thanks. I've gotten the affidavit from the Embassy in Bangkok before, and I know that's easy. I was just trying to plan ahead a bit. I guess I'll send them an email to see if they have a specific schedule for coming to Phuket. If I knew for sure they'd be there during a certain week, I could just plan to go there instead of going all the way to Bangkok.
