Want anything brought?
I leave on Thursday (yippeee!!) and I know you can get most home comforts from Tesco/Lotus etc.,but if any expat wants anything brought over, then pm me,or post here (by Tuesday night UK time) and I'll do my best, subject to the following conditions:-
1 - it doesn't weigh a ton !!
2 - you'll be around the MTB to pick it up,and to pay delivery charge of 1 beer per item, lol!!
3 - IT'S LEGAL !!!
Cheers,
Bonnetti

Thanks for the offer. I dont really need anything except for black death (turkish pepper) only available in Scandinavia as I am aware of.
Maybe a pint beer glass? I would be happy to have one for myself. The standard ones found in English pubs. Or English bar towels.

Stevem and Nicke -
I'll be there on December 28th and can bring you some Vegemite and English/European bar towels. Glasses might be a bit tricky as they're a bugger to transport safely.

I'll see what I can do Nicke, but as Paddy says,You may start off with one pint glass when it goes into my luggage, but perhaps 2 half-pints by the time I unpack

Stevem
Paddy's jar of vegemite can hold you over for a month, then I'll bring you a jar (arrive 31st Jan '05)
what size jar you want? what bar do I deliver it to?
Personally I think is tastes
I know what you could do when you run out, make your own! all you need is an a$$load of salt, something for the texture and food colouring. lol
All I ask in return for this service is to let the girls in your bar know what a great guy I am.
(and maybe a beer)

Thanks, I'll accept any size jar, I realise the big ones are bit too heavy, so the medium sized one would be great. Of course I dont expect free delivery, I can only pay in amber liquid if that is OK.
I tell all my girls that all BM's are great guys.
You will find me in Playschool in Soi Sea Dragon

lol. I have a big avacardo tree and three MASSIVE mango trees, can walk our and pick one at any time. The mangos are really ripe right now and all night you can hear the 'thud' of them falling on the ground. Just sent around 60 down south to friends, where the price @ market is $2.65 each!
the Avardos need maybe another week, but still taste GREAT!
If only it werent for quarantine, I'd bring some.
