i have done a lot of looking into this mate and i also looked at them, but after tons of forum browsing i think the answer is dont bother.none of them can guarantee anything.as long as you have all the necesary documents in order and she does you shouldnt have a problem.this is what the visas services basically do.make sure you have all the correct documentation,if you have that as i said you shouldnt be refused and this is what the visa services charge you for when you can do it all yourself.
i have got myself a folder together with everything i believe i need.i will be trying when i get to los next week,i will let you no how it goes.
useful links for me and maybe for you

as for people on this forum saying visas can be bought, ignore it,its not true.they are talking about people that offer a visa service just as deaf eagle do.just more independant expats that i have found on my fone calls.also plenty of proof of a relationship is needed.seeing her for 2 weeks a couple of months ago aint a relationship.i have daily fone call records dating back to last may, fotos, emails, letters, receipts from hotels i have stayed at on the 4 occasions i have been back to see tukta since last april, etc.also bank statements, wage slips, proof of employment, proof of accomodation, inc at least 6 months in advance rent if your a tenant.(they say 6 months to cover the 6 month visa).also her bank statements and proof of work.working in a bar will not count, unless she is paid into her bank and her boss is willing to go on record.if she is under 20 she will need a letter from her parents allowing her to go if the visa is granted.
i have done a hell of a lot of looking into this mate and will as i said be applying next week, all i gotta do is goto bkk and get tuktas passport done before we can send application off.then its about 14 day wait.also you need all original documents,NOT copies.
hope this helps, can let you no more after next week and if you need any more info pm me.

also mate i forgot to say.the embassy is looking at whether or not your girl is likely to return home, that is there main concern and she has to convince them that she will.
any ownership of property or land with proof is ideal.kids is not to bad but they no many thai girls familys look after the kids whilst they work.
thats basically what you got to convince them tho,and your word will not be good enough.
hope it goes well.

Wow...you have certainly done your homework!!! I wish you success and good luck with this endeavor!!!!

I am in a little bit of a different situation being in Iraq. Communication sucks here and I do not have the time necessary to devote to the project. I work 7 days a week, minimum 14 hour days. Because of this I feel I need somebody who will pick up the ball and run with it. A company who will do a lot of the paperwork processing and filing for me. And I need someone who will coach and help Jui. English is not her strong suit.

Also I have no patience for government red tape, or insurance claims or income tax filing for that matter.....55555555. I am afraid if I attempted to do this myself I would get frustrated and give up, or it would take forever. I admire you for being able to do this!! My attempting to do this on my own is simply setting this up for failure.

I do have phone records, photos, emails, I can document hotels and the rent for my apartment there, etc. so I do not think documentation of our relationship should be a problem. However, originals may be a problem.

The price for Deaf Eagle is so low, I am hoping they can produce, but if not it is minimal risk. I spend three times as much just in phone calls per month. Do you know anything about Deaf Eagle? I know nothing about them.

Are you going after a tourist visa or other type? Every other company has told me no regarding a tourist visa, however this guy thinks he can get a tourist visa, if not then he goes after a fiance visa at no additional charge. The problem with a fiance visa is we really have no intent on marrying in the USA, or of her immigrating. Both are conditions of the fiance visa. I think our biggest hurdle will be trying to prove her intent of returning.

Again, I wish you luck and I definitely want you to keep me posted as things develop!!! Thanks for your input Steve!!!

i am going for a tourist visa as i too have no intent on marrying.
i am confident i have all the necesary paperwork, tuktas english is excellnt,i was told lack of it could be a problem.i was told about deaf eagle by someone in phuket,i emailled them and they replied telling me pretty much the same as you just have.
i have also met about 5-6 people here in uk who have all successfully got toursist visas for thai girls, none went thru anyone or any company,i have just taken on board all that they told me they did between them and will hope for the best.
but i will admit everyone of them and in most of them web site addresses i supllied they do stress original documents.they also go down to telling you what she should wear etc.i have a load of questions likely to be asked that yoyu may want at a later date.i have heard they can be quite harsh on the girls and have read many stories of girls coming out crying.so i will be spending a few days coaching tukta before we apply, then i will hang around in los until she gets an interview(or hopefully the visa without an interview).i have 5 weeks to play around with in los,so i will be busy

Uh-oh, before I get myself in trouble....I do have intent on marrying Jui, just not in the states. Our plans are for a December wedding in Thailand. With any kind of luck, let's hope she has no interview. I am very very curious what kind of questions they ask her if she does have an interview. Keep me posted on that one.

I have a document somewhere with questions likely to be asked by UK embassy, this document was to help prepare the girls for the interview. I will try to find it.

Also I heard about a Swedish case recently, the girl had been to Sweden and was granted a 3 months tourists visa. In Sweden they extended it with another 3 months. Now she is back in Thailand and applied again for a new visa for her return, I heard she had to do a 2 hour interview, and they asked a lot why she did not return after he 3 months. I dont know yet if she got the visa or not.

I have heard that before, if you apply for a 3 month visa then it is better to return after 3 months otherwise it may be difficult when you apply next time. (This info is regarding Swedish embassy, I dont know if other countries do same)

I also think you should know eachother well, e.g. tell eachother about families, work, hobbies and so on. Basic knowledge about eachother, they may ask such questions to see if you really know eachother.

I know a guy who had to prepare for fiancee visa to USA for 1.5 years, he made sure all papers was in order and had all documents the embassy require. Now she lives in US and have a child with him. He used an immigration consultant in US to prepare everything.

When me and Ead applied for her tourist visa to Sweden, it was just a few questions and it was easy and they spoke Thai with her.

Good luck to you both.

This guy with Deaf Eagle thinks he can us a Tourist visa in 7 weeks. I am curious how he can pull that off. But for 16,000 baht I will gamble and find out. For the reasons mentioned above, I need someone to "hold our hands" thru the process and do all the work that is possible to do. I want our job to be simply answering questoins and providing supporting documentation. Not sure if this is the guy that can do that or not.

The issue here is that You are getting visas for Europe (UK being outside Schengen though) which is relatively easy.. Visa's for the US are much much tougher..

Visa services can be worth thiermoney in that they will ensure you make no mistakes or slip ups which will cost you the application.. Some of the better ones will 'groom' the girl with how to handle the interview in a positive way.. I would however never deal with an agency outside of BKK as they are just doing the paperwork for you rather than really handling much..

As to the comment about "as for people on this forum saying visas can be bought, ignore it,its not true." up to you.. I KNOW it can be done and has been done for a girl who was refused twice with interviews.. Money paid and visa issued without interview a few days later..
