Can anyone advise of safe places for a solo female traveller to socialise in Phuket?

Not looking for romance, by the way, just good company.

Hi, I will be moving to Phuket (from the UK) in late August. I'll be living near Surin Beach and would be happy to meet up for a beer

I think most tourist areas is safe for female traveller and you will be able to meet plenty of people. Use common sense and avoid dark places during nighttime if you walk alone, e.g. the beach.

Have a nice holiday in Phuket.

I would be happy to help i am english and I am now back in London but i lived in Thailand and have been many times.
