Bars for sell
I'm assuming that the two bars mentioned here:
http://www.sunbelt-phuket.com/Bar_for_Sale.htm
that the first one is on Soi Eric, and the gogo for sale is Rock Hard, can anyone please confirm this? as I am in the beggining stages of trying to relocate to Phuket and am curious of the price ranges for bars and gogo's.
Thanks for your help

The bar sounds like Soi Eric but the Gogo isnt Rock hard, not for the price they are asking anyhow.

The gogo is definitely not Rock Hard. Sounds more like Lucky in Soi SeaDragon. Profits of B2.9m off sales of B6.5m, very hard to believe. If its an agogo your interested in, there are currently 7 for sale, ranging from B1.5m to about B6m

Yeah I thought the price seemed really low for the gogo, but the description sure sounds like the Rock Hard.
Thanks for your input

I think the quote "as the soi is privately owned" is a big give away that it is NOT Rock Hard.

I missed that bit, thanks. It was a nice thought though that the Rock Hard was for sell. So many of my Japanese friends love place, and I was allready day-dreaming of Weekend package golf/gogo tours.
Regards

Def not Rock Hard. RH not in soi, no 5 rooms on first floor, no 5 rooms for rent on top floor, no owners accomodation.
"Owner" Larry is living most of the time in California, but often comes to visit. He put different managers like Ira & Jeff in charge. I think he never managed it, just was partying there
Besides, the real owner of the land is Thai, probably Chinese Thai. What do you think he could get for that land on corner of Bangla ans 2nd road? It must be very expensive and in high demand. So I think if Larry stops we we see something completely different on that corner.

Sorry, that is Big Bill. Was manager before and used to "work" (play DJ) every evening. Now is there about once / twice a month
I found this pic of Larry on the RH website. Larry is the guy on the right

RH is not a 3 storey building so it sounds more like a gogo bar in Soi Seadragon.
Regarding the beer bar, it may be Soi Eric, but most bars have central DJ these days so it is hard to say what street this bar is located on.
If you are interested, contact the broker and ask around for more details.

Luxuriously furnished can mean anything but I am guessing Crazy girls (due to the big soft sofas)..
Of course Lolitas is closed and fits.. Sounds deffo like a sea dragon place though..
Gogo biz in Patong is a tough row to hoe as the saying goes..

I dont see how your narrowing this down..
Soi Easy, Soi Eric, Soi Lion, Soi Tiger, Soi Sukhumvit all have one soundsystem, not sure about Soi viking but that would be too new..
