buying cialis or viagra?

I've noticed over a few threads that various BM's use Cialis, Valium etc and I was wondering if these are available from all chemists without prescription?
Also how many of you guys actually use these when in LOS, and why? That might seem like a strange thing to ask but if you are a healthy male with a good sex drive and no problem getting an erection what purpose does cialis do. This is not meant to inflame anyone but truly a question.
