Starting a business and creating a network

I'm a Belgian Student (I study network economics at Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen)

For school we need to make an assignment on Thailand. Therefore we need to search how you can set up a business in Thailand.

We need to search several persons and create a network in Thailand.

It would be nice if you could provide me with some information about contactpersons and the start of businesses in Thailand

As to 'create a network' you need to define in more detail. A supplier network ?? A customer base ?? A useful contacts network ?? Linking some computers ??

for my assignment i need to find contactpersons who can help me and in a certain way i need to connect these persons through a network.
