Hey have any of you guys gone throught this before?

Right before I go to LOS I start looking at all my old photos form my previous trip. Thinking about all the good times. Who I will see. Do I want to see that stunner again or move on to the quanity more the quality.

I also start watching all the movies I can think of that have LOS in them. You watch the film trying to catch a glimpse of anything you recognize. My new thing has been to watch the MTB web cam. Since my TG is right next to the MTB I can see her from time to time. She looks up and waves at me. Ohhh right through the heart. I went through a withdrawl coming bcak form my last trip, and was fortunate enough to have found this forum. Now it keeps me in LOS everyday.

(in my head) So the closer I get the more anxious I get. I start to get depressed but just think, I'll be in LOS in 16 days.

So am I the only one? Photots, movies, phone calls, emails, Inlternet, webcams all to keep it alive. Just feeling a little blue waiting for the fun to start.

Its hard cause I'm watching that damn webcam evey morning. Damn you Nicke. Your comments are appreciated.

Hi dojoden,

I'm sure a lot of BM's feel the same and do the same as you, including me. The closer it comes, the harder the waiting gets.(for me 8 days to go) And yes, I also suck up all the info I can get about LOS. I just bought me an iPod video and put inside a lot of previous LOS photos and camcorder videos and all the music that remembers me of previous Thailand trips. I also agree the MTB webcam does not make it easier, al the time you see what you are missing, but I like it a lot. The board itself is also very addictive but it's also top informative, I find myself almost every day here. This will be my 7th time to LOS. But until the summer of 2004 I always went with my (ex)wife. After that (3 times up till now) I go on my own and that is way better but it's alway to short. Most of the time I give myself about one week after returning home, (sometimes less) before I book my next trip. And the long waiting begins again and gets harder the more the departure date comes closer. I agree, very strange.

Yes the forum is very helpful. I just wish I would have had it the first 4times there. My last trip was the first to Phuket though, so I was not introduced until I hit the MTB and Nicke. It is soooo addicting. I was on it everyday when I first cam home but just kept feeling even more blue. So I stayed away for awhile, but now its 16 days and Im looking at this thing day and night. I look forward to the drink with you. Just no Black Death or Fishermans Firend...

I was just being lazy but I was going to put some up on the sexy lady thread and some on the MTB thread. Still sorting them out.
