Whiskey Tangos
Whiskey Tango (WT) = white trash:this is a term used by some guys when referring to white women with bad attitude.
This incident will illustrate it. Two days ago a friend was walking along Beach Road and met two white females.He tried to be friendly and asked them if they were enjoying their holiday.He was then given a torrent of verbal feminist abuse interspersed with more swear words than used by a trawlerman.They started spouting of about how all these white middle aged guys are here on holiday picking up Thai girls. Perhaps they should ask themselves why so many men are content to be here and not have to be politically correct in their home countries.

Being white trash also implies crass cultural values. Occasionally, a white trash gal, due to looks, shrewdness, or good luck will rise to a greater economic level, especially if she is a fox who marries a guy with money. But because of her lack of culture and questionable values, she will always be seen as "white trash with money." Once you are white trash, it is difficult to rise above it, and only the best of them manage to do so. But poor people who have good values, and seriously attempt to improve themselves are not usually considered white trash. My ex-brother-in-law was classic white trash. My ex-sister-in-law really seemed to rise above humble beginnings, smart, got a good education, good job, but when she started cheating on my brother-in-law, for no good reason, (he is a good guy, good father, good husband,and treated her well), then it could be said that her "white trash" roots had surfaced. They said, "Nice gal, but she was really only white trash to begin with, so perhaps we expected too much of her!"  To learn more about white trash, just tune in to the "Jerry Springer Show" on TV!

There are strange Thai girls too! Thai girls are also fine when you are lazy.
They have 2 religions : 1. Buddism 2. The holy bath When you praise the last one, you got the girl in bed. But farang girls will cost you more in the end. Especialy when these letters are used : D.I.V.O.R.C.E But c'mon fellows I had tons of nice white chicks. I am still writing after 25 years with my ex-Norvegian gf.She is very rich now, divorced twice. Yesterday I went to an intenetcafe and talked to a nice blond girl. When I went out, she followed me. I went to another neighberhood, and went into a restaurant. Shortly after she came in and smiled at me. So farangs chicks can be nice too! The end of the story: I am allowed to go with thai chicks, not farangs, so what ever happend is no issue!

Actually Thais refer to Baht as Bath as well, seeing as its not a direct translation.
Punter means anyone who spends money/time on something in particular - it seems to be most commonly used in regards to gambling, pubs and prostitution.

I think the approx definition for punter is someone who shops or spends money in dubious trades or pursuits... Gambling (primary usage), ******s, unregulated markets, investing without research, etc..
Also applicable to customers in a J Q Public kind of way.. This punter came in the other day and...

Not sure if there is any correct spelling of Baht, seeing as its not a direct translation, Which for example is why you also see road-signs, maps, street signs and even legal contracts with miss-spelled words.
A search on "Thailand Bank Bath" brings up 980,000 pages The same search on "Thailand Bank Baht" Brings up 563,000 pages Either is fine, and are often interchanged even in the same document.

There are others , who appear to be on a different planet from the rest of us , so why even bother , I come to LOS to enjoy myself , not to listen to the "stories" of those who seem to find LOS such a difficult place to have a good time.
