Feb schedule

Are there any events during Feb where the bars in Phuket will be closed such as Queen's b'day or anything like that. Just want to make sure that they are all open with beautiful TG's since i will be there only for 5 days.

Been told bars are closed on an/or around Machu Bucha day (12th/13th of Feb). I think this is an important Buddhay Day. Dont know how true this is though.
