I will be back!
Home for almost 2 weeks now, I realise how good this latest trip has been for me.
I am relaxed, don't bother with any of my problems, everything will work out, and in a very good mood.
I wondered all the time, if I would come back next winter...
And I will. But not for the bg's, Fl or whatever. Even not for Phuket.....
No, next trip, I want to visite remoted villages in Thailand, where not too many people come. I will also have some fun at a beach, reading relaxing, proberly even say hello to my friends in Phuket.
Phuket, how much fun there is to be had, is a noisy island, where I get irritated by the lost of its beauty, by businessman, who build where there should not be build. I am critical, I know. But it is a pitty. I really have
a love/hate relation with the island. Can't let it go either. I did not have much fun alone in Lankawi, because there are no places to chill out. But it is an example how the beauty of this Island has been garded.
But Phuket has done good things for me too. It learned me that I am only old if I want to, and that I still have some good years to go. Some people asked, where I got all the energy, just because I am young at heart.
So next winter, Thailand, some jumps to other countrys, Vietnam?, Bali? A month away from home, to energize and not to forget, I like Asia so much.
No tripreports, because I think some has been to hard on me. For the pictures of last trip, I am hesitating, because so many people have send me Pm about them....

I will post some pictures.I still don't understand, why my post are so popular among some people and others are agresive about them.
I am always sincere, but maybe my posts look more naive the they are, because, they are written in a 2 nd degree with some particular humour...
Anyway, for the pictures, I have not made many. Was to busy fuc*ing the girls then to take picture of them!

Maybe because they are the truth and realistic, where some still try to make good for what they think is wrong by denying what is there?

Noop my mother has Dutch origins. Sorry "Hollanders"!
But although i like Mosselen, like they say here, I prefer a steak and Béarnaise.
With a good bottle of wine......

Marc, I do not think that it will be something for me.
I like it quiet sometimes, yes. I don't need to spend a lot of time in a bar. Yes!
But I need to chill out when I like to. I will never forget the night at Safari with the FL. Thanks to you! I hate to stay up late, but that night I had not only the fuc* of my life, but has a ball!
I went back, 2 weeks later and did not amuse myself at all. I only need to get it quiet at some moments, but when the blood ask for action, it has to be there, and then I can get WILD. Just not all the time!
I thought I would escape the Los-blues this time, but it caught me this week. I would jump in a plane to get back.
I have to wait another year now!

I loved Langkawi. Much nicer then Phuket. But I got so bored there alone.
Hua Hin, maybe with the Mrs.... In phuket you are never alone when you don't want to be, except when it rains so hard, you can't get out of the house....

But hey TinTin,
I understand then that You have not been in Hua Hin
I recently was there in October 2005 with my ex-wife for 17 days, and I enjoyed it very much.
I'm a bit more old than You and of course not so temperament (if You remeber. we have met once at MTB in March 2005), but still I think HH can be something for You as well - just try it (not Nike ad )
Of course HH is definitely different if to compare with Patong Beach, also Karon and Kata (the beaches You know much better than me ) are completely different, but we really enjoyed Hua Hin.
Indeed we did not stay in the city itself, the city beach is really sh..t, but were about 5 km to south on beach called Khao Takiab, and there You can find also some really gourmet restaurants, but ordinary life is very Thai - so sometimes we had some small language problems ...
But for sure I will return to Khao Takiab (Hua Hin) when there is rainy in Phuket, because this is really nice LOS feeling there
Just now planning to do this in early September 2006.
