Best time of the week to go out?
In NYC the best times to go out and booze are Thusdays from 5-10 (happy hours) and Friday - Saturdays from 11 PM on.
I'm not really sure how it is in Phuket. Are there generally happy hours in Phuket eary on in the day or is it pretty much party all the time?

Most Action Begins Around 10pm The Later It Gets The More Action Is Going On.
Normally I Dont Go Out Till 10pm Weekends Are A Little Busier But Every Day Is Party Day Drink Prices Are O/k All The Time,some Happy Hours But Normally Early On Not Later.

I agree that every night is party night but i think the weekends are slightly better, if i am taking one night off per trip it is not going to be a friday or saturday, not that i really know what day it is anyway.

It depends on what you want. To meet people and have fun in the bars, not before 22.30.
If you focusing on bringing a girl to your room, it all depends. If you look for a stunner, come a bit more early. There are not much customers and sometimes later these girl will be gone. It is not the most fun to be had, because it is too quiet then. In Kata Karon, the girls are in the bars much earlier, also the customers. Like said, after 10.00 most of the stunners are gone there, sometimes much earlier. If you want a Freelancer, I tried Tiger and Taipan, and never found a girl that I like. But in Safari by 04.00, that is something else, especially, friday, saterday and sunday I noticed! Many girlslookingfor a guy for the night. You don't have to search, they will choose you!  The hottest and one of the most beautiful I got there! Be aware, also quiet some LB's . They go in the darker areas, and although I normally spot them, I could have been fooled easely there....

I find that days containing the letter "y" are generally the best 10:30pm onwards

Every night is party night of sorts - but seems that Sat nights can actually turn out to be a bit quieter as a lot of tourists/visitors leave town Fri or Sat - so this can be a good night to hunt down a hot (short term broken hearted) TG/BG as less prowlers around. Tendency seems to be mid-week is busiest time in Patong. Things pretty quiet 8pm-10pm (some places have happy hours), and as already noted action starts 10.30/11.00 thruogh to early morn!

hey IJ why do u even check your calender when you're on vacation? i never now what day it is when i'm in los. on my last trip i was a day behind schedule (it was saturday and i thought it's friday) good thing the hotel staff told me that i would be leaving the other day...hhmmm when i think about it they shouldn't have told me anything so i would ve stayed for another week...
