I would say probably not. The only place that ever charged me a joiner fee when I brought back a Thai girl didn't even bat an eye when a farang chick spent the night banging my brains out the night before.

Yes there was a farang fee
Recently a mate of mine (Patong resident) got picked up by an American girl who asked him back to her hotel.She had to pay a 500 Baht joiner fee for him.
He realy is a slut
