when i was there in febuary this year i saw them doing the drainage and kerbing. well the way they where doing it im not surprised it's flooded so easy.

i saw more kerb rubble and concrete down the drainage pipe then i saw piled up ready to be collected. i would not be surprised if the conctrete and rubble are still left in the drainage pipes.

If they ever do clean out those drains, I wonder whether I'll get my sandle back? Almost broke my leg on one of those uncovered storm water pits.

You think Phuket City Council has public liability insurance?

If so I'd like to talk to them about a nasty rash I picked up once.

are you talking about the drains or another hole you found in patong
that you where in but did not have protection for

i do not think the patong government would be liable for you not protecting yourself against any unforseen things lurking around.
