Pizza Company RUDE delivery boy !!!
Just had a pizza delivered from Pizza Company in Patong out of desperation (no food in the house). The poompui delivery boy said he had no change and took off with a big fat tip with no apology for not having change. I then called and spoke to the "alleged" manager and asked for the rude delivery boy to return my change. About 15 minutes later the same poompui boy returned and handed me my change, again no apology, hence no tip for rude service. Thennnnn as I closed the front door the PIG delivery boy spits on my front door and did'nt think I would see him. He denied spitting on my front door and tried to tell me he spit on the ground. I speak a fair bit of Thai as I've lived here for 19 years and gave the PIG a bit of a verbal tirade. I "waid" me numerous times and said "kawtot krap" no less than 30 times as I caught him dead to rights. So I once again called the "alleged" manager and told him of the new and even more rude service the PIG delivery boy served up. All I got from him was "I really promise he will be punished". Absolutey PATHETIC excuse !!! It's been a long time since I've ordered from the PIZZA COMPANY in PATONG but I sure as S**T won't ever order from the scum ever again.
Thanks for listening, just needed to vent !!! Now to email Pizza Comany in Bangkok........................

No excuse for rude service........

Sundance I've already explained why I ordered from the scum, still does not excuse the extremely rude service and I'm going to take a wild guess but your "pizza guy" probably won't deliver way oveer the hill here in Patong ??? FYI I usually order from Papa Joe's but which, as far as I'm concerned, is the best pizza in Patong. Unfortunately I masplace the number this evening. It won't happen again !!! "landofsmiles" You've hit the nail on the head and at least I've never been spit on by the tuk tuk mob, not that they're the nicest guys on the block !!!

1112 is a piss poor company / service / pizza / the whole package..
They are barred from my house.. The GF like the pizza's (I hate them) but after crap service so many times (3.5 hour wait !! With a house full of hungry kids) they just got blacklisted.

Theres a new itialian place on beach Rd just north of saxophone and Rock city.. Has awful ambience (bright lights, not romantic, etc) but serves fresh made daily pasta and great thin crust tasty pizzas.. Not great bread wedges, not loads of naff toppings, just simple crispy tasty ones with the bases perfectly crunchy / slightly blackened.
Shame they dont deliver but do takeaway. Try the salmon / cream sauce tagiatelli.. Also tomato and mozerella (Islata capresi ??)... Currently my fave Italian joint, GF likes pasta now so I get the bpai gin sa-pa-get-ti line a fair bit  ..

Sounds like a gap in the market for a good home delivered pizza joint then....maybe we could start one up.....call it Poompui Boy's......and everyone gets a free spit on their doorstep with each pizza delivered....and a "good luck for you sir"!!!............55555

Theres a few ok ones.. Pizzaria Hut on Sansabai isnt bad, theres a delivery shop from somewhere near Paradise that puts flyers through my door that was ok..
Just think that one on beach Rd is the current champ..

I believe the Pizza Place you are talking about on Beach Rd next to Rock City is the second shop of Pizzeria Hut on Soi Sansabai. I had them deliver a Pizza a couple days ago and had the same service that Siamkidd had except no spitting. I spoke to my girlfriend and she called and spoke to the manager. He left my pizza on the ground while he was getting my money, while I was waiting for the change he just pointed to the pizza and and then turned around and walked off. Pizzeria Hut is generally very good but not in this case. I think I'll have to give Pappa Joe's a go now. I've heard a few good things about them...
