Phuket

Well it has been almost 4 years, but it seems like yesterday the way I have relived the times I was there before and from reading the posts from the forum here. I will be back in BKK Saturday the 15th and will be in Phuket on the 20th. I am very much looking forward to meeting anyone from the gang here especially Niche. Anyone around who would like to tip a glass let me know.

Hi Chant.....I'll be arriving on the 20th as well and wiil be in MTB on the night of the 20th probably around 9-9.30pm when the bar starts to get a few people in it...........drop in there and say hello......there should be lots of other BMs around at the same time......no doubt Nickey wil be there too..as long as he is not off on another visa run.........

Thanks for the invite Nelsonone, I look forward to the 20th then, I will be the guy that looks sort of like Chuck Norris ( no beard now). As for why I had to wait so long Fishead, I married my wife who is from Thailand about 3 1/2 years ago and only now does she have a green card allowing her to travel internationally. This trip is to meet her family for the first time and to look into buying a home for retirement there. Not to mention meeting some of the distinguished gents of the board there!

Welcome to the Board Chant...good luck with your house hunting...My Hubby, myself and our 14 y/o son are moving to LOS in September for at least 1 to 2 years of our retirement...Putting the sprog into school of course...

Hope you have a great holiday after such a long break from going to LOS...You wife will be ecstatic to see her family again!!!

Have you any little additions to introduce to the family???

Great to hear you are finally making it back to thailand with you wife, it should be a great trip for you. Ill be in Mai thai bar on the 23rd of july and celebrating my birthday the next day, so ill see you round.

Thanks for the well wishes M&M, I am excited to see my new family as my wife is exited to see them again after so long. No, we do not have any little ones. I have raised all the little ones I want and I am blessed that my wife is not interested in having children either. ( She likes haveing her girlish figure

Well I have one day left here in Mundania (Pennsylvania USA) before I reture to Thailand. I have been looking at the weather reports for Phuket and it does not look good. Anyone there now able to tell me how bad the rain has been in Patong Beach?
Also I was reading back and noticed that I mis-spelled Nicke's name in my first post, SORRY about that Nicke! I am very much looking forward to meeting you and the little lady.
