Can anyone help? My GF needs to apply for a Thai passport in Phuket, has anyone any idea of where the office is?

There isn't a passport office in Phuket. A few times a year they come down but thats about it.

if you hurry she can get her passport made at Central Festival, on the middle floor near where all the banks are. Today is the last day and they close at 9pm.

I wanted to make a passport and went to central yesterday around 14:00, the queue was already closed as they already had given away 800 numbers. (Which seems to be their capacity per day)

Come back today at 11:00 when they opened, a huge queue. After 1 1/2 hour we got a queue number. Back home and then back at 16:30 and waited more until it was our turn.

Now almost 19:00 when we are back home again, so its a day work to apply for passport.

So now both Ead and Nathalie have the new bio passport. (Fingerprint is registered on the new ones) As a father of Nathalie I have to sign her application.

Cost: 1000 baht + 35 baht for sending it to you when finished.

In Phuket Town, before you enter the city area itself, located on the bypass road, close to BigC, Index, Phuket International Hospital, Tesco Lotus etc.

It was the last day today (has been here for a week), and I dont know when they come back, so its Bangkok for the time being for Thai passport applications. They usually come to Phuket once or twice a year.
