Liontchai guesthouse
I just found this guesthouse in Patong.
http://www.liontchai.com/rooms.htm This is a great value IMO 950 baht/night in january  , but located in the gay area  all rooms are equipped with computers and unlimited ADSL internet connection.  DVD and VCD reader,HI-FI quality sound. And plenty LB around..
