Board member in Thailand

I just pick this idea from another forum.
Why not put a calendar with arrival and departure
date for all board member ?
Nice idea i think
In one look u know who is in Thailand at this moment.
This is the example.

A little more job for Nicke.

Ok, Good Idea ... But how to update this calendar ?
=> using an Excel spreadsheet and be able to download/upload ? (not very convenient if many users want to update it at the same time) !!!
=> insert an new form in this website to be enter our trip on-line ? Means update the website !!!

I don't know what is the best idea ! For my side, I'll be in Phuket between November, 30 th and December, 7 th

First I think about the calendar I already have in this forum, but then, if too many people it may look messy. (It look little bit messy already with all birthday's marked.)

But I agree, it's a good idea.

You can't see it on the forum navigation bar?

user cp - calendar - members - f.a.q. - search - home

Look little bit same outlook calendar, you can view weekly or monthly and so on.
