The golf days with Nicke and Bm's are great, think a trip to fantasea is a must really enjoyed it,been a couple of times but guess doing it every trip would be too much.
I think a must is having a beer in any of the beach road bars or food oulets and watching the tourists go by at night.

i would do the phi phi tour again, i really enjoyed it, snorkling along the reefs, swimming with black tip reef sharks was my favourite part of it, u also get to see were the tsunami f**ked all the reefs up ( im interested in coral reefs because i did reef ecosystems in geography at high school and i was top of my class) so yeeah that would have to be it

Best excursion I did was the sea canoe. So if you don't golf go for that.

Go for a boat tour to Phang nga bay (Krabi) and the islands around there, Poda island, chicken island is amazing and you get the paradise feeling.

As already been said I like going fishing every thing laid out for you no cleanup and fish cleaning once your back you can just walk away it makes for a good day if the weather and fish are all on your side...there are plenty of day trips availble all over Patong the more you spend the more enjoyable the day.depends on your budget...

scuba diving of course for me.
Quiet and peaceful. Relaxing, decent exercise and you never know what you are going to see.

just talking in general. Would probably not go to Phuket unless I could do some diving so June to October is probably not a time period that I would visit Phuket unless there was a good group of BM's there, like this July.
and his original post is not date specific.

Just the day trips out to the local islands in Phang Na Bay.....nothing further than Phi Phi.....
but if you get a good day and good viz can actually be much better than high season as there is hardly anyone out there........
Of course this does not compare to the Similans, Burma Banks or other Andaman Sea destinations which are way better in comaprison but only available from November to April.....depending on weather patterns

Getting lost on a motorbike! Just go and see where you end up, have a meal and come back! Be careful around C&N and the Tiger Complex, bit like the Bangla Triangle there, small aircraft, luxury yachts and BMs on motorbikes have been know to get lost there, never to be seen again!
I like to collect the tokens for free Subways at Subways!
I refuse to swim in the sea because of the Nobby Clarks and BM's from Australia called Nels.
Some people go to the dentist on holiday, strange I know! I'm happy with the shade of green my teeth are now, so I wouldn't consider that one!
Have a great time over there.
