Carnival

hi everybody, Its been a while since I was at this sight. I was in patong back in march and had a great time. My wife and I are coming back at the end of October. Is the carnival at the beginning of November? Also would patong be the place to see it ator do they have celibrations all over Phuket? I also was wondering if anyone has a recomendation for a good sportfishing charter boat with an email address for reservations. Thanks for the help.
