Phuket - Thai Phones? I have a European phone to sell or trade...

For anyone that may be moving back to Europe, I have a Samsung mobile (T-Mobile) that I purchased in Prague, Czech Republic. I also used it in the UK with O2, but I guess out here, you need a quad band mobile and this is only a duel band so I have limited to no service.

It's in good shape; I used it for less than a year. Otherwise, if anyone knows anywhere that has good deals on mobiles (I already have a Thai sim) that would be great. I would also be interested in possible trading with anyone moving!

For people whom are coming and going all the time, wouldn't be a bad idea! We will need to furnish an apartment, and perhaps others are looking to get rid off their stuff....

Point 1) think a classifieds isnt a bad idea.. Though maybe posting in the expat section also makes sense..

Point 2) there is no quad band system in place here.. its purely GSM 900 / 1800 as long as you take the hutch CDMA side out of the equation.. Any 'GSM' phone should work on the 900/1800 networks..
