Thai TV Stations

I was asked a question tonight that I don't know the answer to, and I thought someone here might.

Is there any way of us getting Thai TV stations in the UK? Not that I particularly want my life invaded by soap operas with worse production values than Neighbours in a language I don't understand, but she asked me the question and I don't know.

Any answers?

Had a quick look and it seems its possble Steve. Both Windows media and Realplayer can connect you to Thai TV plus there are satellite options too.

Thanks for the link Dawsey. We already have Sky so that might be a good option.

We will be moving in a couple of weeks, so when we do I will look into it.

Thanks, you posted this while I was replying to Dawsey. It looks like I will be able to get a couple of channels through the Sky system, which is great news for her.

I think you will need another dish and box as I too had Sky and the position of the dish will not conect normally with the usual Sky package. You could get it done for about £100 one of fee negotiable

I think that's right, it will need to be another dish, but that's not a huge expense. If I leave it a few weeks until I move house it could be reasonably cheap, in fact last time I moved the guys said it was cheaper to buy a new dish than to take an old one down and re-locate it.
