Party in Nai Harn Oct 7

This is not a buy, sell or hold recommendation but there has been a few banners around the southern end for 2 weeks about a concert in Nai Harn on Oct 7. I went down there today and they were setting up a good sized stage with the usual monster sound system. I asked what time the concert starts and one guy said 6 and another said 8. Three bands( I think at least one is a Thai Reggae band) The stage is on the little island in the middle of the lake at Nai Harn beach, food and beer avail. I;m going to check it out and I thought I would share the info. Worst case if the music is bad then a seafood dinner under the stars on Rawai Beach followed by a pub crawl up tp Nikita's.

Yep - it's a special day for Thais and they will be celebrating.

We have used the island on the lake a few times for parties and it's a good site.Sounds like a decent event if you live close enough.

Nikitas is always a good place for a few beers.
