Do any of the gyms in or near patong beach offer trainning for farangs? Nothing serious, just thought it would be a good way to burn off some calories while on vacation.

Yes they do.. The one at top of Bangla has a training system but its a bit on the tourist trap.. I think there is one down direction kepsap thats more serious..

Buddy trains with Rawai and also used Tiger.. Both out of patong tho but much more serious training and workouts.

Yeah, there is a more serious one down soi kepsap, thought about going there myself for at least two or three minutes, then realised the folly of that thought and popped in the MP instead!!!
