Yeah, good story and recently docu/drama on TV in UK. There is a thread here somewhere about it.

Edit: Well there was another thread, that degenerated into heroin dosage and all that type of crap. Got deleted.

LimeWire is your best bet. But run a spyware and adware programme afterwards. Lots of crap gets on your PC with limewire

Not read it.. In fact it was only recently that I read the damage done..

My brother was reading one of an Ozzie in Bali / Indo who maintains 100% he was fitted up.. Looked a good read but didnt finish it before I left so didnt get to start it.. The innocent angle (if believed) adds a much more painful element to it by far.

I think the torrent is available here, I didn't test it so no idea if it works or not:

http://btjunkie.org/torrent?do=downl...c368a1.torrent

If you've never used bit torrent, a good client for windows is:
µTorrent - Powerful BitTorrent Client

Might need this to play it, its .nrg format so not sure:
VLC media player - Overview

Similar to Welcome to hell but i didnt think much of that, just couldnt really believe some of his story before he went into jail. Damage done was better but towards the end thought he was just trying to make you feel sorry for him.

In a similar prison story try Marching Powder by Rusty Young.

Its a story of a young black British guy sent to La Paz's huge sprawling prison in Bolivia.. Whats interesting about it is that Bolivia is so poor that the whole prison sort of needs to be self financing.. when you arrive you have to buy your cell (with a morgate system from other people) and you buy your food.. Rich prisoners can have apartments..

Rusty has a little shop in there and at another point ends up being a tour guide for backpackers.. Its its own little micro world.. In a strage way pretty free inside itself. People have jobs, thier place to live, etc etc etc..

The most unusual prison book I have ever read.

There was a tv doc on him which aired earlier on this year in the uk. Never saw it, but the advert made it look quite interesting!

I did read a magazine interview with him which had pictures of him guiding tourists around.

Agree with that. Seem's to much of a classic con the way Colin Martin describes it, alot of the facts don't add up.

As for Forget you had a daughter, what did she expect? The bloke tells her the package contains heroin, she says OK. End of.

I cant imagine Phuket prison is worse than Bang Kwang (max security violent offender long sentances prison) but I have heard its a bad one.

Even worse is the immigration lockup.. Its where they load of the Burmese etc so you can imagine how much they spend and how much they take care.. Knew a guy who ended up doing about 12 - 14 days in there.. Reckons the only thing he eat was an egg and a banana as they were both naturally sealed..
