Don't ya just love the "Brighouse and Rastrick" Brass Band , especially when they play the "Floral Dance". Not into these fancy cocktails ,nothing beats good old tap water.

Mrs:- Drink Vodka/soda (nearly as many) Music:- R 'n R / dance

Currently waiting for Pussycat Dolls (Don't Cha) and SugarBabes (Push the Button) ... to make it to the play lists at the bars here - both seem appropriate for night scene!

In Paris it's Wine ( red, pink, white, sweet, sour, you name it... ) and Champagne.
In LOS however good wine is hard to find so i go with screwdrivers, jack and coke, straight tequila if I wanna be pissed and of course fresh fruits during the day.

I dream of having a "51" french aperitif everyday in thailand but it's next to impossible to find. Next time I'll bring a bottle or two.

For music Jazz of course but as long as the groove and mood is on I like everything.

Muzak:

A. Anything by the Regimental Band of the Royal Artillery as they have to play loud for all the poor deaf buggers marching behind them.

B. Currently the Black Eyed Peas, especially: 'Let's get things started in here'

C. Anything played on my Pink Oboe or blue-veined flute.

Drinkies:

A. Shooter: Pussy Juice - 2oz Sambuca, splash of lime and shoot! Not a Fishermans Death.........Arrrrrrrrrrrrggghhhh!

B. Short: A good cognac, straight and in the right glass preferably with a good cuban. A cigar with this drink is good also. Coffee and Amaretto.

C. Long: Ice cold crisp lager overseas or in the UK, a decent bitter. Very occasional coke!!
