Baan Laimai?

Hi,

I'm coming to Patong on March and it will be my 18th or 19th visit in Phuket. Normally I stay in one excellent guesthouse on Soi Sansabai, but now I want to try something nearby beach. Any comments about Baan Laimai Resort on Beach Road? I'm not interested that are they taking joiner fees or not, but all the other comments are valuable.
