Wow, that is good news Paddy!

I hope that Nok can find an equally good place to work. Failing all else, you could send her down my way I was quite a fan indeed.....

He had to do a sacred handshake and several laws that the Triads and Mafia would be proud of so I think he got the drift.

He is comfortable here with the job he knows and sit back and enjoy it.

He's got itchy feet... be prepared to lose him sooner or later. Thai men are notorious for not having staying power and for not having common sense (they can't parallel park worth a crap either).

A raise won't matter most likely. If you treat him too good, he'll think you can't survive without him. If you treat him too poorly, he'll think you're a prick. He'll leave sooner or later.

Find a female chef and have her watch over his shoulder so the next time he wants to go, he can without affecting your biz

He's lost all of my respect to be perfectly frank. Yooz guys can succeed without him.

Female chef could be a little distracting

Faulty Towers doing a Xmas Eve meal (tonight 24/12) - was sounding very tempting if I can recover from this hangover

Crusty was talking about aquvit and other exotic potions so be warned

Aquavit..the water of life..uhmmm, only thing that cheers me up in cold, dark denmark right now, is the different kind of aquavit(snaps) we have here.

I dare you to eat a faulty Burger AND a Big Boy Milkshake... or two!

Seriously, the Faulty Burger is epic. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
