Any Thai can get it, but if under 20 she need permissions from her parents to travel outside Thailand.

I dont remember exactly, but I think the cost was 1080 baht or something when I made for Ead and Nathalie last time.

Also she will need to go to Bangkok, or wait for the mobile passport unit to come to Phuket, if I recall twice a year.

I always find it rather amusing when farang ask on this board how to get Thai documents for their TG's.

Ead and Nat passports was done in Phuket, lot of people so the queue was long every day during the week they was here. (Passport division)
They use fingerprint and digital cameras for the photos these days.

One week later it was sent by postal mail.

I still hear a lot of people telling me their gf's said it cost 10,000 baht or so for a passport, which is not true.
