Cruise Ships
I was just wondering how many cruise ships come to Phuket/Thailand???? I see the British Cruise Line P&O Cruises has the M/V Artemis in Phuket on the 22nd january.. So expectb all the british/Indian crew to be chasing the ladies for the day!!!!
I am going to be in Phuket next month and after being on cruise ships for the last 4 years I hope I do not see any cruise ships and enjoy my vacation in peace....

can get a little busier than usual during day,but lots go on tours etc.
and go back to boat early so at 10pm wont notice any difference.

I've seen two (different dates) parked in Patong Bay in the last two weeks. I didn't notice any difference in the bar scene populations. The passengers aren't the type to be chasing girls, the crew would be a splash in the pan if they were, and as AD said, it's just a day trip and they are gone before you know it.
