Wanting a new tattoo
Fellow BM's...
I will be in patong in the first week of May and I would like to get another tattoo added myself again.....
I had one done last time I was in Patong and it turned out much greater than I expected....
Just wondering if anyone has any preferences of people to use....
It won't be a big job, just wanting my name tattoed on my under arm. Any thoughts would be great.

There is a place behind a bar called Koala bar, that all the people that go too love and think is great. He does everything free-hand and is always busy!
The shop is called "BigMan Tattoo", but you have to make an appointment with him as he always busy. It is on a soi next to sainamyen road where the Bel air resort is. At the bottem you will see a sign for "Subway Inn". Its about 3 quater of the way up on the right if you approach from rat-a-tuit road.
I sometimes drink in the bar outside, so I have seen alot of people very happy with his work!!!!

i watched a guy do some work then got a sleeve myself once i watched him work. his name is ong, he works in the OTOP shopping area near the patong merlin. shop is up the back left hand side, near the big screen. excellent work and very clean gear. would rival many western tatt studios
tried to upload pics from phone, didnt work, damn it

sorry far asking all these noob questions... i have gotten a few tatoos from other vacations ive been on..mostly from europ.. When i was at my doc having my shots ( dont know the english words, sorry) to avoid typically asian desises like malaria, dengue fever and hepatit a, my doc told me not to get a tatoo in thailand..ive been reading several tatoo magazines and there thai tatoos have gotten a fairly good review.. is it safe to take new tatoos here..what my doc said was that the gear tends to be not that clean due to europan standards.. i have no clue thats why i ask you

in the end its up to you.
i thought the same as i wondered around patong and saw some "quite average"tatt studios.
im sue if you look at the studios mentioned above by other BM,s , you should be ok.
i havent contracted any deseases "yet" 555555555555
you just have to look at the gear and the hygene practices they use
