We actually made a piss take flyer up with similar text (badly done and spelt like a Thai BG tinglish)..

Rhuna just went one better and did this up..

It replaces one he had made (when the italian resturant opened next door) that said 'welcom spageti *****s'..

Thats fantastic. Should be more of it in Australia. Here we are so over regulated by governments we have ask permission to take a piss., let alone post a sign like that. What a free place Thaland is if this for real. Bring on free speech being able to live the way you want which used to be the case in this country.
