Just booked the long flight from LAX to BKK, arriving April 6 and staying a few nights at Nana Hotel....fly down to Phuket on April 10 (my GF's birthday is the 13th; she's insisting I stay at her place in Kathu)...stay at least until August this time so I'm sure I'll get to MTB, finally (stayed in Patong over the Dec/Jan holidays butterflying until I met my GF on NYE and then we stayed together 'til I went home 10 days later)

Just put a deposit down on my flights for my next tour, Its a pity I wont make it back for Songkran but just wont be able to get the cash up in time, So will have to comfort myself in the knowledge that I will be back in 6months....

I will arrive the 7th August - 15th September....

Booked my flight today for my 3rd trip to LOS from March 22nd to April 8th.
Decided to try Bangkok for 3 days prior to heading down to Patong. Last time I was in Bangkok was during the 70's....spent a weekend there before heading up to Korat (in the airforce)....I have a feeling I'm not going to recognize the place

Next trip.
Arrive Patong 7th. April,
10th. April, down to Trang to visit GFs. family for a few days.
Leave Patong 23 April,
Arrive UK. 24th. & start planning next trip.
