Would be nice. But I'm not going to Phuket this time. I'm going to stay in Bangkok for a couple of days, then visit Chiang Mai and end up for two weeks or so in sin-city

Same as that. I won't be in Phuket till sometime in mid to late July.

I am landing in BKK on the 20th June and will be there (in BKK) till 25th or so (maybe longer, not sure yet), I will be sorting a Vietnam Visa in BKK and that takes about 5 days or so... I am (hopefully) going eastward along the coast towards Trat and crossing to Cambodia then...

I am sure you already know this, but just in case ... that is one day overstay on a visa waiver stamp. I believe that it may even fall within a one day grace period so there should be no probs. I have read that you may get an "overstay" stamp or you may not. I have also read that this stamp really doesn't mean anything, but why chance it. Maybe a 60 tourist visa would be an advantage.

I would see it the same way. It should be the moment that you pass immigration that matters and April has 30 days.

Anyone like to catch up

I will be at Patong Beach frrom 23/5/07 until 1/6/07. Would anyone like to catch up for dinner or a drink. I think it would be great to meet other bm's. By the way I will have my wife with me also as I would not go anywhere without her. not after the raunchy side just a holiday and potentially some others to go out with for dinner and drinks.

Regards

DB

usually get a 60 day visa anyway unless i am on a 2 week short visit.this is because on more than a couple of occasions on my 14 odd visits i have changed my flight to gain an extrea few days, innit

No wonder JP can only go to LOS once a year. He has to spend too much money on ladies drinks to make him into a handsome man.
