Buying motorbike bits HKT

So when i am in HKT i see all these scooters and big bikes.

The big bikes have all the stickers and fancy bits on em.

My question (mainly to those who know/live in hkt):

Can i buy aftermarket parts for my big bike in HKT?

And if so, where from?

simple stuff like footpegs, screens, brake/clutch levers.
