Gents

Here are a few photos from my first tour of duty in 1992. I was only 21 - quite shocking how young and thin I look!

First one is the beach road.

Second one is where we stayed (Coconut Villas), opposite Patong Merlin hotel.

Then the next 3 are general beach/massage shots etc.

And these ones were where we flew from phuket to U-Tapao (Pattaya) and it was a new route for Bangkok Airways - so new in fact, we were the only people on the flight!

Had a great laugh with the air stewardesses etc.

The last two are of the lovely Noi from Pattaya.

Ah, the memories...

I WENT TO LOS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 99......
AND THERE ARE SOME CHANGES IN 5 YEARS........
THERE MUST BE SOME CHANGES SINCE 92 !!!!!!!!!

Yeah Jonny, a lot busier than back then! Not as many clubs (only Banana and maybe Titanic) but the bars were just the same really.

No Macdonalds or KFC etc. Phi Phi has changed the most - it was awesome back then. Hardly any places to stay, very undeveloped. Loved it.

I'm actually meeting up with two of the girls I met back in 1992 in a couple of weeks (12 days to go...) - really good to still be in touch with friends from back then.
