Question Sights while driving in Phuket
Couple of pics attached and I am always intrigued as to who the 70's guys are on the back of truck mudflaps - you see these on many trucks and I can rarely make out who they are supposed to be. Some look like Peter Fonda in Easy Rider and some like Kris Kristoferson in Convoy, another looks like Al Pacino in Serpico but this one is lost on me?! any suggestions?

And its always entertaining to see monkeys collecting coconuts (no, not the thai men ....you racist!)

I have seen a Robert Redford before but it looked more like him than this one which looks like Poncherelli from CHiPs lol.

Rob you are correct I believe one is Pacino and one is Redford.

The funny thing is I see the mud flaps all over Thailand and wonder why they use those pics?

I was walking along Nanai rd and saw 3 thai girls on a motor bike, nothing unusual, except that the middle one was sound asleep! she just hung loose in between...they sure like their sleep

the 1st one just looks like a worse cartoon version of the 'Robert Redford' one from above but the 2nd deffo looks like Al Pacino from Serpico (also attached for comparison).

Yes that looks like Serpico... Reminds me a bit of Bruce Springsteen too...

Strange & curious...

I'll be keeping an eye out for similar mud flaps... I wonder if this phenomena is exclusive to LOS and Phuket?
