Helping Hand
Was hoping to find something to something to take to lend a helping hand after a big night...or even before and during a big night! Read a bit about X**** but not sure if its used as an upper or what...any recomendations would be appreciated. I do understand the consequences of doing anything illegal in LOS so im not looking to go down that path.

Do what me and Hobbsy used to do after he finished work.
We used to go and smoke some dried banana skins. Of course the skins have to be dried in the sun, which can lead to local and other expats nicking your stash! So be careful were you leave them!!!! We used to do 2-3 each before going out! So you have to have enough in for the next day! If in or near MTB go and ask Hobsy or Nicke for our favourite 'mix'! Hope that helps!

Berocca Tablets
They are an Aussie thing so you may know about them.
 You can buy a tube of the effervesant tablets in most pharmacies here.One tablet has all your multi vits and is a refreshing way of clearing your hang over.  Just stick one tablet in a pint glass of water.It is a great fix.

What is X****? X**** is in a group of drugs called benzodiazepines (ben-zoe-dye-AZE-eh-peens). X**** affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced and cause anxiety.
